In a recent interview, Steiner hinted at a potential surprise signing from the Moto2 ranks, adding an intriguing twist to the already exciting rider market.
The Search for Talent
Steiner's comments reflect the delicate balance between experience and potential in MotoGP. While factory teams might opt for established riders, Tech3 sees an opportunity to nurture and develop the next generation of stars.
"As a smaller team, we have the freedom to take risks and invest in young talent," Steiner explained. "It's a chance to discover the next Marc Marquez or Fabio Quartararo. We believe in giving riders a platform to showcase their skills and prove their worth."

Another option is Brad Binder, a factory KTM rider with RC16 experience. Binder's familiarity with the bike could be a significant advantage for Tech3.
